Adult Water Fitness Classes

Shallow water aerobics class packed with high energy intervals that will sculpt abs, thighs and glutes. It provides low impact exercise suitable for people living with arthritis or recovering from injuries; flotation belts may be used.
Pilates and Yoga meet for an invigorating aquatic workout! This challenging and fun class will strengthen core muscles while increasing balance, flexibility, and focus. Held in shallow water (maximum depth 4.5 feet).
